Inclusion Criteria

(1) Korean diagnosed with cardiovascular disease over 65 years of age
(2) A person who has been prescribed cardiovascular medication for at least one year
(3) Those who score less than 6 points in the MMAS-8 medication compliance measurement tool
(4) A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study
(5) A person who can communicate verbally and answer consent forms and questionnaires

Exclusion Criteria

(1) A person who needs dialysis after being diagnosed with terminal renal failure
(2) A person who needs chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer
(3) A person diagnosed with dementia or cognitive impairment
(4) A person who is scheduled to undergo surgery or procedure
(5) A person who resides in a facility, such as a nursing hospital or a nursing home
