ability to perform physical activity, lack of physical disability, lack of heart, lack of respiratory discomfort, lack of psychological distress, student satisfaction, parents
Exclusion criteria: Immigration and transfer students; absence of more than two sessions; lack of student collaboration in completing the questionnaire.
