Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver, according to ultrasound diagnosis and approved by physician.
Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver, which according to their physician's diagnosis do not need to receive Livergol.
The age of the participants is between 20-50 years.
Participants will have at least a degree of reading and writing literacy.
Participants are resident in Lar.
Interested in participating in the study.
Interested in attending training sessions.
Failure to develop diseases that cause fatty liver, such as: Hepatitis C, Ray Syndrome, HELLP Syndrome.
No drug use: Mipomersen, Lumitapid, Amiodarone, Methotrexate, Tamoxifen, Corticosteroids, Valproic acid drugs, Antiretroviral drugs.
No alcohol use.
Absence in more than one training session.
Participant withdrawal for participation in the study.
