入选标准
- •ASA grade 1 and 2 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery.
排除标准
- •History of any intracranial pathology
- •Patients with history of left ventricular failure, atrioventricular conduction block or any cardiac disease
- •Any intraocular/ophthalmic pathology
- •Patients with history of uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes.
- •Patients with renal and hepatic derangements
- •Patients taking clonidine, beta blocking drugs, calcium channel blockers, MAO inhibitors
- •Pregnant & lactating women
- •History of allergy to α2 agonist
