Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • age between 18 and 65 years; availability to participate in the therapeutic schedule; knowing how to read and write; make use of the whatsapp app and the Zoom or Google Meet app; have access to the internet; be willing to be randomized

Exclusion Criteria

  • less than 6 months of work in current job; use of drugs that modulate the activity of the Central Nervous System; being in psychological counseling during the intervention period; have adopted Mindfulness practices in the last 6 months
