Inclusion Criteria
The patients with unilateral pelvic pain aged 18 to 50 years; anterior or posterior unilateral innominate rotation. Exclusion criteria: Creation of neural or spinal lesion or lumbar disc herniation; reumatoid disease?;previous surgery in lumbar region; osteoporosis? spondylolysthesis or lysis?;pregnancy and patients who were treated with manipulation 3 months ago.
