Inclusion Criteria
1-Alanine transaminase levels more than 35 -79 U/L for men and 31-55 U/L for women.
2-The controlled Attenuation parameter (CAP) score more than 238dB/m on ultrasonograpy
3-Stage 1 and 2 of fatty liver
Exclusion Criteria
1-Liver cirrhosis
2-Jaundice
3-Rib fracture
4-COPD
5-Hepatitis A,B,C
6-Amyloidosis
7-Hepatomegaly
8-Subject on any medication like antibiotics
