入选标准
- •A 20-80-year-old female patient with physical condition classification 1-2 of the American Society of Anesthesiologists undergoing breast conserving surgery
排除标准
- •abnormality of liver function (AST or ALT 60 IU/L or more)
- •renal function deterioration (GFR 60ml/hr or less)
- •allergic to acetaminophen or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
- •history of gastrointestinal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding
- •coagulation lab abnormalities (collagen/epinephrine > 257, PT INR > 1.15, aPTT > 45)
- •heart failure patients
- •history of bronchial asthma
- •Those who taking barbituric drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, and high-dose methotrexate
- •use of intravenous patient controlled analgesic device
- •lumpectomy without lymph node dissection
- •Diseases that may indicate neuralgia of the upper extremities and upper body (cervical spine disease, herpes zoster, thoracic outlet syndrome, etc.)
- •Those who refused to participate in this study
