- •Patients of ASA physical status 1 & 2
排除标准
- •Patient refusal, pregnant women, hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics, active infection at the site of block, pre-existing neurological and neuromuscular disease along the distribution of block, fixed skeletal deformity at knee joint, anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy , coagulopathies, below knee surgeries requiring tourniquet in thigh.
