- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
After averaging the surface loss calculations per tooth site (sample area),

mean tissue loss and mean standard deviation for each tooth site and total

tissue loss per person are calculated over each study period. The primary

analysis estimates the erosive effect of the consumption of orange juice on the

outcome variable the profilometrically measured tissue loss, expressed in

micrometers.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
The secondary analysis will evaluate surface loss distribution by tooth site

(occlusal, palatal, buccal, and upper / lower jaw, left/right quadrant).
