- In post-operative cardiac surgery patients we will investigate teh relationship between fluid-intake and duration of mechanical ventilation and length of stay in the pediatric intensive care (PICU) and in hospital length of stay.Key variables are: Fluid intakefluid overloadacute kidney njury (AKI) ventilation daysPICU length of stay.
