- •Patients posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery for Carcinoma Breast belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I, II and III.
排除标准
- •1.Patients’ refusal
- •2.BMI 35Kg/m2 and above.
- •3.Patients with skin infections at the needle puncture site
- •4.Any bleeding diathesis
- •5.Allergic to study medications
- •6.Patients with CAD
- •7.Patients with pre-existing dementia and seizure disorder
