Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy
- •2. ASA 1-3
- •3. 18 – 70 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Inability to communicate
- •2. Contraindications of Nerve Block
- •3. Chronic opioid or analgesic use
- •4. Allergic to study medications
- •5. BMI more than 35
- •6. Patients with CAD
- •7. Patients with preexisting dementia, h/o seizure disorder
