Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.Patients undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy
  • 2. ASA 1-3
  • 3. 18 – 70 years of age

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Inability to communicate
  • 2. Contraindications of Nerve Block
  • 3. Chronic opioid or analgesic use
  • 4. Allergic to study medications
  • 5. BMI more than 35
  • 6. Patients with CAD
  • 7. Patients with preexisting dementia, h/o seizure disorder
