[Healthy group]
1) Agreement to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form
2) Men and women aged 40 years or older
3) Non-smokers
4) Subjects with a normal range of BMI and body fat perentage
[High-risk group]
1) Agreement to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form
2) Men and women aged 40 years or older
3) Smokers
4) Subjects with a BMI and body fat percentage above overweight range
5) Subjects with a Recommended Food Score below the middle range
1) Subjects with the following diseases: Chronic inflammatory diseases, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, etc.
2) Continued use of health functiona food or medicines or oriental medicines
3) a heavy drinker
4) Blood donation more than 500 mL within 3 months before the first visit
5) Participation in another clinical study within 1 month before the first visit
6) Pregnant or lactating women, or women planning to be pregnant
7) Hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in the test·control food or experience of severe food allergic reactions
8) Any condition that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this study
