Name Time Method 1. To identify coinfections in COVID symptomatic patients. <br/ ><br>2. To formulate antibiotic stewardship policy of the hospital for moderate and severe COVID patients. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: one year <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration of antibiotics for the isolated bacteria in respiratory. <br/ ><br>2. Correlation of co-infections with biomarkers such as Procalcitonin and Total leukocyte count and Differential count. <br/ ><br>3. Correlation of the comorbidities (obesity, diabetes, COPD, hypertension) with secondary bacterial infection. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: One year
