Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and !! Patients aged between 20 and 60 years undergoing Percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
Patients with bleeding disorder, uncontrolled diabetesmellitus, renal and liver diseases.
pregnant women
patients with epilepsy.
mentally unstable patients
