Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. Students belonging to the control (Formal NPT Setting) as well as study groups (Informal NPT Setting).
  • 2. The NPT tutors will be the second, third, fourth-year dental students and Interns of SPDC&H who have successfully completed the curriculum included in the universityâ??s compulsory curriculum and have a minimum of 1 year of NPT experience (NPT tutors).
  • 3. Students who quality the preliminary pre-course aptitude test.
  • 4. The teaching staff shall consist of three clinical assistants working in the department with at least 3 years of teaching experience (instructors) and shall be mentored with the involvement of three senior instructors who have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years of examination experience as clinicians working in the profession (senior instructors).

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. The students who fail to qualify the Preliminary pre-course test.
  • 2. Staff faculty who fail to qualify the minimum teaching experience of 10 years and examination experience as clinicians working in the profession.
