Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with primary onset stroke 3 months after onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage
- •Adult patients over 19 years of age
- •FMA–Upper extremity score 26 or higher
- •Patients with unilateral paralysis with shoulder \& elbow strength of level 2 or higher (poor) and grades 3 or lower (fair)
- •Patients with cognitive ability to understand and perform instructions
- •Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study by themselves or their guardians
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with orthopedic or neurological problems, except strokes
- •shoulder or elbow spasticity with a modified Ashworth scale(MAS) score \= 2
- •Patients who are unable to properly perform robotic therapy due to severe pain in the upper extremities of the paralysis side
- •Patients with severe neglect syndrome
