Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) ASA class I\-IV (under 70 years old) – Refer to ASA (American society of anesthesiologist) classification
- •2\) Patients undergoing general anesthesia \+ spine surgery with prone position
- •3\) Patients who have at least one of the following clinical signs after completion of anesthesia induction
- •(Hypotensive, preload\-dependent patients)
- •I. Mean arterial pressure(MAP)\<65mmHg
- •II. Systolic blood pressure \<90 or patients whose systolic blood pressure has initially dropped to less than 40 mmHg
- •III. Stroke volume variation(SVV)\>10%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) 70 years or older
- •2\) patients with radial artery malformation;
- •3\) Patients with body mass index (BMI) \>30 or \<15kg/m2
- •4\) Patients with heart disease (valvular disease or Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)\<50% and arrythmia)
- •5\) Patients with lung disease
- •6\) Patients unable to mount the radial artery catheter (arm save);
- •\- Patients on dialysis for ESRD or who will be on dialysis
- •\-Patients with a history of breast cancer surgery
- •7\) Patients with kidney disease
- •8\) Patients with unstable hemodynamic signs
