Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with
1. Moderate and severe PAH as assessed by peak Tricuspid regurgitation
velocity( >3.4m/s) [ European heart journal guidelines for Pulmonary artery hypertension ]
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with
1.left ventricular myocardial diseases(Dilated cardiomyopathy,Restrictive cardiomyopathy,Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)
2. History of Myocardial infarction with regional wall motion abnormality
3. Pregnancy
4. Complex congenital heart disease(only Atrial septal defect,Ventricular septal defect,Patent ductus arterisus included)
5. Pericardial effusion
