Inclusion Criteria

(1) aged 60 years or older
(2) could walk 10 meters independently
(3) had subjective cognitive complaints
(4) a slow gait speed
(5) were not diagnosed with dementia.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) unstable medical conditions
(2) severe depression symptom
(3) dementia

Montreal cognitive assessment, Trial making test, Digital symbol modality test, California verbal language test-short form, Judgment of line orientation, Boston naming test, Geriatric depression scale,Gait performance All measurements will be assessed at baseline, after training, and at 1-month follow-up.
