Inclusion Criteria
1. Planned for elective surgery under general anaesthesia using desflurane for maintenance
2. Healthy patients (ASA physical status I and II)
Exclusion Criteria
1. BMI >30
2. Desflurane anaesthesia less than 30 minutes or more than 120 minutes
3. Patient refusal to participate in the study
4. Any emergency surgeries
5. Patients receiving total intravenous anaesthesia
6. Patients with history of stroke or with residual neurological deficits
