Inclusion Criteria
- Female patients;<br>2. Aged 18-65;<br>3. With normal communication;<br>4. Signed informed consent;<br>5. Were scheduled to undergo thyroidectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- History of allergic reaction to local anesthetics; <br>2. Severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction;<br>3. Airway difficulty or history of maxillofacial and neck surgery;<br>4. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent respiratory tract infection, chronic cough and current smoking;<br>5. Serious adverse events, such as bleeding, who underwent reoperation for more than 4 hours;<br>6. Time of anesthesia for more than 4 hours;<br>7.For delayed extubation (more than 1 hour without extubation) due to adverse effects of experimental drugs, and were transferred to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with tube.
