Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Shoulder pain with palpable taut band in the upper trapezius muscle. Significant pain must be reproduced when pressure is applied over the taut band.
- •Pain intensity is at least 4 out of 10 measured by numeric pain rating scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having neurodeficit or muscle disease
- •Known case of rheumatic disease
- •Having coagulation disorder
- •Previous neck and shoulder surgery
- •Previous failure of treatment with trigger point injection or needling
