For vital pulpectomy :
1. Clinical characteristics determined by presence of a deep carious lesion with pulp exposure
2. The bleeding could not be stopped following removal of the coronal pulp tissue
3. Spontaneous pain abnormal mobility not associated with normal exfoliation.
For Non vital pulpectomy :
1. Pain on percussion, and presence of fistula or chronic apical abscess.
2. Teeth with radiographic appearance of discontinuity of lamina dura, widening of pdl space, furcation involvement are included in study
1. Obliteration of the root canal
2. Tooth with internal resorption
3. Physiologic root resorption more than a third of its length.
