1. Male and female patients of age groups 20 to 65
years.
2. Patients having Stage II and Stage III
periodontitis.
3. Systemically healthy patients with grade II
furcation defects.
4. Patients ready to comply fully and willing to give
consent form the final evaluation.
5. Patients having ability to maintain optimum oral
hygiene.
1. Patients with systemic diseases that contraindicates
the surgery, immune compromised patients or
having taken antibiotics with in preceding 3 months.
2. Patients on anticoagulants and/or with blood
diseases.
3. Pregnant or lactating females.
4. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment.
5. Those who have undergone periodontal surgical
treatment with in the last 6 months
6. Patients having known allergy to any type of
allograft material.
