Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Parents aged 25\-65 years old
  • •2\) Fluent Thai communication
  • •3\) Primary caregiver of a child with autism or ADHD. By living in the same household with the child.
  • •4\) Life Congruent score at relatively low or lowest, and the level of parenting stress index is moderate to high.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Active psychological symptoms or poor concentrate on communication.
  • •2\) Receiving psychological treatment from specialists with mindfulness therapy or cognitive and behavioral therapy or stress management program in different ways.
  • •3\) Unable to attend complete sessions.
