Inclusion Criteria

Individuals aged 40 to 80 years; of any gender; diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, whose clinical stage allows for the implementation of the exercise protocols proposed in this research

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects with comorbidities that limit the performance of the proposed exercise; subjects using any resource that alters body thermogenesis within 24 hours of the assessment; subjects engaging in physical activity less than 2 hours prior to the assessment
