入选标准
- •1.Stable CAPD/CCPD patients of either gender on therapy for a minimum period of three months
- •2. Age between 18 yrs to 60 yrs
排除标准
- •2.Recent episode of peritonitis (within 6 weeks of study)
- •3.Should not be on antioxidants in 2 months before the study enrolment
- •4.Presence of malignancy, autoimmune disease or chronic liver disease, active infection
- •5.Known hypersensitivity to NAC/GTN
