Inclusion Criteria

  • Young adults between the age group of 18\-35 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Any congenital or acquired deformity of the spine.
  • 2\.Any past spine or abdominal surgery.
  • 3\.Any history of trauma to the spine or abdomen.
  • 4\.Any infection of the spine or abdomen.
  • 5\.Any neurological pathology.
  • 6\.Pregnant females.
