  • •Young adults between the age group of 18\-35 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Any congenital or acquired deformity of the spine.
  • •2\.Any past spine or abdominal surgery.
  • •3\.Any history of trauma to the spine or abdomen.
  • •4\.Any infection of the spine or abdomen.
  • •5\.Any neurological pathology.
  • •6\.Pregnant females.
