Inclusion Criteria

  • •Asymptomatic male and female subjects

Exclusion Criteria

  • •o People suffering from Cardiovascular /
  • •Neuromuscular or Musculoskeletal conditions
  • •affecting Respiratory system.
  • •o Respiratory diseases
  • •o Mentally challenged
  • •o Low back pain \- subjects who has missed work due to back pain in preceding six months
  • •o Subjects who reported that they regularly exercised at high intensity three or more times per week for duration of more than 30 minutes per session
  • •o Recent thorax, Lumbar spine and Abdominal urgery
  • •o Pregnancy
  • •o Severe kyphosis or scoliosis
