Inclusion Criteria
- •Asymptomatic male and female subjects
Exclusion Criteria
- •o People suffering from Cardiovascular /
- •Neuromuscular or Musculoskeletal conditions
- •affecting Respiratory system.
- •o Respiratory diseases
- •o Mentally challenged
- •o Low back pain \- subjects who has missed work due to back pain in preceding six months
- •o Subjects who reported that they regularly exercised at high intensity three or more times per week for duration of more than 30 minutes per session
- •o Recent thorax, Lumbar spine and Abdominal urgery
- •o Pregnancy
- •o Severe kyphosis or scoliosis
