Asymptomatic male and female subjects
o People suffering from Cardiovascular /
Neuromuscular or Musculoskeletal conditions
affecting Respiratory system.
o Respiratory diseases
o Mentally challenged
o Low back pain - subjects who has missed work due to back pain in preceding six months
o Subjects who reported that they regularly exercised at high intensity three or more times per week for duration of more than 30 minutes per session
o Recent thorax, Lumbar spine and Abdominal urgery
o Pregnancy
o Severe kyphosis or scoliosis
o Spinal stenosis
o Neurological disease
o Cancer
o Trauma to the lumbar spine and chest wall
o Smokers
o Nerve root entrapment
