All patients undergoing Laparoscopic surgeries at Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital
1. Elective laproscopic surgeries
2. ASA grade - 1,2,3
3. Age between 15 and 60 years.
1. Patient refusal.
2. ASA grade-4
3. Pregnant and lactating women.
4. Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to Palonosteron and Dexamethasone and Ondansetron.
5. Patients on steroid therapy,antiemetics, or on treatment with other medications known to produce nausea and vomiting.
6. Patients with history of motion sickness,nausea and vomiting pre operatively.
