1. Patients who have undergone laparoscopic intestinal resection;
2. Age >= 18 years;
3. surgery time,2 to 4.5 hours;
4. TCM syndrome type, Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation.
1. Malignant tumors requiring extended radical surgery or enterostomy;
2. Mental illness;
3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
4. Repeated abdominal surgery and severe intestinal adhesions;
5. Blood loss > 400 mL during surgery, need blood transfusion during surgery;
6. Serious complications occurring within 6 h after surgery (e.g., multiple organ dysfunction);
7. Must use drugs or treatments that have a significant impact on gastrointestinal function after surgery;
8. Currently participating in other clinical trials, or having participated in another clinical study in the previous month;
9. Participants considered inappropriate to participate the study by clinical investigators.
