1) Each participant must have a diagnosis of PAR according to the diagnostic criteria ; 2) Aged 18 to 65; 3) No gender limited; 4) ability of oral communication; and 5) ability of finishing the case report forms (CRF) by themselves or with the investigators assistance when necessary.
1) Acute rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and other non-allergic chronic rhinitis; 2) Localized skin lesions(i.e., burn, eczema, ulcer, chilblain); 3) Pregnancy or menstruation (After menstruation can be treated, the dating should be marked); 4) Patients with dysnoesia or behavioral disorders will be unable to cooperate with the trial; 5) Patients who are easily lost to follow-up.
