practicing physicians with experience of at least 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
Those diagnosed with mental health disorders will be excluded from the study

Name Time Method Scores on the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS) determining the incidence and <br/ ><br>degree of Impostor syndrome. <br/ ><br>Scores on the Copenhagen burnout inventory indicating severity of burnout. <br/ ><br>Scores on the Adult Temperament Questionnaire (short form) assessing constructs of <br/ ><br>personality. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 10 months <br/ ><br>
