Inclusion Criteria
Stroke, Pat >= 18 years, written consent of the patient or written consent of the legal representative or relative is available
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criterion is the inclusion of the patient in an acute intervention / AMG study in order to monitor the natural course of cardiovascular diseases as well as comorbidities.
Patients who were initially diagnosed with a stroke but who were subsequently diagnosed with a different diagnosis.

Name Time Method Prevalence of systolic dysfunction in ischemic stroke patients with heart failure after ischemic stroke and identification of factors associated with the prevalence of cardiac insufficiency in acute stroke patients.<br>Description of the natural course of heart failure over 6 months and identification of factors influencing long-term persistence of cardiac insufficiency.

Name Time Method atural course of systolic dysfunction in ischemic stroke patients up to 6 months after ischemic stroke. Long-term risk for cardiovascular diseases up to 5 years after ischemic stroke and identification of predictors for the observed risk patterns and its influence on other sequelae after ischemic stroke as cognition and mood.<br><br>Presentation of the natural course of stroke-associated comorbidities such as depression and restriction of cognitive functions up to 5 years after first stroke and identification of the relationship of these comorbidities to cardiovascular diseases.
