Inclusion Criteria
1. Young adults i.e., within the age range of 18 years to 25 years old residing in India
and of Indian origin.
2.Individuals with the ability to read and write English
3.Individuals who score more than equal to 8 in CTQ scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1.College students with clinical and psychiatric diagnosis.
2.Those currently receiving psychological treatment.
