Inclusion Criteria

The patient’s age should be between1 month and 14 years old
The patient had to be admitted to the intensive care unit in Less than 12 hours
He/she had not been hospitalized in any other wards before being admitted to the ICU.
He/she did not take antibiotics before admission, had no history of allergies to plant compounds, had no chronic disease and immune system disorder, as well as any specific damage caused by endotracheal intubation or airway.
He/she had no specific lesion in or around the mouth.

Exclusion Criteria

Causes any specific damage by endotracheal intubation or airway or any other physical factor
The patient's legal guardian is unwilling to enter the study.

Primary Outcome Measures

Body temperature. Timepoint: Done in 5 days. Four times a day every 6 hours,. Method of measurement: Mercury Therommeter.;White blood cell count. Timepoint: It was performed four times a day every 6 hours for 5 days. Method of measurement: Based on the patient's blood test result (CBC).;Blood oxygenation. Timepoint: It was performed four times a day every 6 hours for 5 days. Method of measurement: Based on the blood pulse oximetry shown by the monitoring device.;Chest radiography. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Chest radiography.;Culturing tracheal secretions and scoring them in the Clinical benchmark of Lung infection (cpis). Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score.
