Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients admitted with proximal and mid bulbar urethral strictures.
  • •Patients with age \>18 years.
  • •Patients with pervious history of minimally invasive procedures (Direct visual internal urethrotomy/ Urethral
  • •dilatation) for bulbar urethral stricture.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Age \<18 years
  • •Presence of concomitant bladder neck contracture, metal stenosis or penile urethral
  • •Previous history of urethroplasty
  • •Traumatic stricture urethra
  • •Symptomatic urinary tract infection ( prostatitis, Epididimorchitis, urethritis) with febrile
  • •Malignant stricture
  • •Refusal to give written informed consent
