Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients admitted with proximal and mid bulbar urethral strictures.
- •Patients with age \>18 years.
- •Patients with pervious history of minimally invasive procedures (Direct visual internal urethrotomy/ Urethral
- •dilatation) for bulbar urethral stricture.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \<18 years
- •Presence of concomitant bladder neck contracture, metal stenosis or penile urethral
- •Previous history of urethroplasty
- •Traumatic stricture urethra
- •Symptomatic urinary tract infection ( prostatitis, Epididimorchitis, urethritis) with febrile
- •Malignant stricture
- •Refusal to give written informed consent
