(1) Patients with age rangeof 19 â?? 55years.
(2) Patients not contraindicated for periodontal surgeries.
(3) Residual extraction sockets possessing intact bone in all dimensions. ( 4- walled bony defect )
(4) Tooth included for extraction with caries, trauma andendodontic complications (Root fracture).
(5) Need for implant restoration at the site of extraction.
(6) Patient who have given written and verbal informed consent.
(1) Presence of periodontitis on the tooth to be extracted;
(2)Chronic therapy under non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Bisphosphonates and Corticosteroids;
(3) Current smokers( >10 cigarettes per day);
(4) Plaque index >30%;
(5) Evidence of loss of the buccal bone wall
during tooth extraction; and
(6) Pregnancy
