Inclusion Criteria

Adult patients of ASA physical status I to III undergoing elective primary unilateral Total Knee Replacement surgery.
Are the trial subjects under 18? no

Exclusion Criteria

The exclusion criteria include patients who refuse consent, revision surgery,history of adverse reaction or a contraindication to the administration of morphine, local anaesthetics,non steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs,paracetamol, tramadol, centrineuraxial block and peripheral nerve blocks.Pateints with history of chronic pain other than at the site of joint replacement and on strong regular opiods.Renal impairment , liver impairment, ASA physical status greater than III and weight below 60 kgs.
