Inclusion Criteria

1. ASA I/II/III

2. 18 – 60 Years

3. Surgeries requiring arterial cannulation

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient refusal

2. Abnormal modified allen’s test

3. Peripheral vascular disease

4. SBP <90 mm of hg

5. BMI >30 Kg/cm2

6. Patients with arrhythmia, tachycardia

7. Patients with any other contraindication for radial arterial cannulation

8. Local infection at site of cannulation
