Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Anterior cerebral circulation aneurysm with sub arachnoid haemorrhage
- •2.WFNS grade 1 and 2
- •3.Presentation within 3 days of ictus
- •4.Scheduled to undergo surgical clipping of aneurysm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with upper limb cellulitis or ulcers or peripheral vascular disease
- •2.Posterior circulation aneurysm
- •3.WFNS grade 3 or more
- •4.Presentation beyond 3 days of ictus
- •5.No consent from the patient or patient attenders
- •6.Interventional or conservative management of aneurysm
- •7.Unruptured aneurysm
