Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient with secondary syphilis diagnosed with clinical presentation with supporting laboratory findings
2. Age more than 18 years old
3. Fully conscious and well participated
Exclusion Criteria
1. Unwilling to have detailed physical examination or sign the inform consent
2. Uncontrolled psychiatric problems
