Inclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant women who are at 3rd trimester of pregnancy
2. Pregnant women residing in and surrounding of Manipal/Udupi
3. Women with 1 to 3 children without serious health complications (both previous vaginal and caesarean deliveries)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Prior history of abortion, miscarriage, preterm birth, pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, antepartum hemorrhage
2. Who had taken antibiotic treatment in the 4 weeks prior to sample collection (systemic or specific; orally, IV or vaginal)
3. Any other chronic illness
4. Those who deliver outside the hospital
