? Subjects who are included in this study should meet the four following criteria
? Adult over 18
? Who has continuous subjective tinnitus over 3 months
? Who has an uncomfortable feeling of tinnitus
? Who did not respond to medications and tinnitus rehabilitation therapy
? Subjects who are excluded from this study are meet at least one of the following criteria
? Who has diagnosed other otologic diseases, such as otitis media, acoustic tumor, and Meniere disease
? Whose tinnitus is accompanied by sudden hearing loss
? Who has a medication history of ototoxicity drug use
? In the case of suspected somatic tinnitus and complaining temporomandibular joint and cervical pain
? Objective tinnitus, such as pulsatile tinnitus
? Who has suffered from arrhythmia and asthma, and implanted heart pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator
? During pregnant
