1. Women or men are diagnosed with asthma according to GINA guidelines
2. Age 18-65 years
3. Non regular exercise (less than 3 times/week and less than 30 min/day)
4. Participants receive stable dose of asthmatic drug at least 1 month before participation of the study.
1. There are other respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory tract infection.
2. There are exacerbation within 1 month before participation of the study.
3. Congestive heart failure, angina pectoris
4. There are abnormal of muscle and bone affecting movement of knee and ankle.
5. Presence of neuromuscular conditions interfering with the ability to perform step aerobic exercise such as herniated disc and muscle weakness
