Inclusion Criteria
BMI �30 kg/m2 and there should not be any recent changes in lifestyle and infection in last 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
patientââ?¬•s receiving any particular therapy, pregnant or lactating women, alcohol consumers and smokers, any particular severe heart, kidney disorders, receiving exposure to IR in last one year and the patients who are not willing to stay for 8 weeks under supervision for yoga practice

Name Time Method Anthropometric and biochemical data assessment of recruited patients will be considered as primary outcome.Timepoint: 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome includes: <br/ ><br>Assessment of lipid peroxide levels , Mitophagy, mitochondrial membrane integrity, morphology and oxidative response in pre-post yoga intervention samples. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Antioxidants level and DNA repair protein assessment in pre-post yoga intervention samples.Timepoint: 28 months
