- •1.Patients between 18 to 75 years of age scheduled for elective surgery under General anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation.
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status grade I , II and III
排除标准
- •Mallampati grade >III
- •2. Mouth opening <2 fingers
- •3. Oropharyngeal pathology
- •4. Clinical or Radiographic evidence of cervical spine pathology
- •5. Emergency surgery
- •6. Pregnancy
- •7. Refusal of consent
