Patients with shock requiring insertion of Impella, ECMO or IABP before PCI Patients requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to cardiac arrest Patients requiring temporary pacemaker due to bradycardia Patients undergoing dialysis Patients judged by the attending physician to be inappropriate for registration
